- Sets out the life-sustaining treatment you would refuse
- Reviewed by a solicitor, then signed with your own doctor and an independent witness
The solicitor's review is their only involvement. You arrange your own doctor and the second witness, and pay the doctor directly. That is not part of what you pay Bequest.
