How it works
Your documents, prepared online.
Signed with a solicitor.
Create your Will, Deed of Guardianship, EPOA and AMD online at your own pace. Drafting is free, and you only pay when you are ready to sign.
Before you begin
Have these ready.
Your Hong Kong Identity CardOr your passport, if you do not hold one.
The full names of the people you want to nameYour executor, your beneficiaries, your guardian, your attorney. You can add them as you go.
A rough sense of what you ownNot a spreadsheet. Just a general picture.
About 20 minutes for your WillYou can stop and return any time.
Two ways to plan
How you pay depends on what you create.
Legal documents: your Will, Deed of Guardianship, EPOA and AMD.
These are legal documents prepared under Hong Kong law. Your Will, Deed of Guardianship and Enduring Power of Attorney (EPOA) are each reviewed and witnessed by a qualified Hong Kong solicitor. The three steps below are the same whichever one you create.
Draft freely.
Start any legal document any time. Complete the form at your own pace. Your answers save automatically, so you can come back whenever you want. No charge to begin, and no time limit.
Review and pay.
When you are ready to sign, pay for your document. Payment fixes your draft on the platform, so read it through first. You then book your own appointment slot, and our partner law firms confirm it by email.
Sign, and keep the original.
A qualified Hong Kong solicitor reviews your Will, Deed of Guardianship or EPOA and witnesses the signing. You keep the wet-ink original, and a copy of your draft stays in your account to download any time.
After you sign
The original is yours. The copy is always there.
After your documents are signed and witnessed, the wet-ink originals are yours to keep. A copy of each draft stays in your account to download any time, and the signed original is the document that counts.
My Contacts
The people you name. All in one place.
Every time you name someone in a document, whether your executor, your beneficiaries, your children, your guardian, or your attorney, they are saved to your contact list. You never enter the same person twice. Your contact list grows as you complete more documents.
Your family does not have to search through papers to find who is responsible for what. One list. Everyone you trust, their roles, and their contact details. Clear and current.
My Estate
What you own. Where it is. Who to call.
List your properties, bank accounts, investments, insurance policies, and digital accounts. Not in painful detail. Just enough for your executor to know what exists and where to find it.
Your assets list sits alongside your contact list. When the time comes, your executor knows who to contact and what you owned, instead of starting from an empty desk.
The executor journey
When the time comes, your executor is ready.
Your executor is the person who carries out the instructions in your Will. It is a real job, and most people are handed it with no idea where to start. Yours will not be.
They know, in advance.
Once your Will is paid for, you can notify your executor from your dashboard. They get a message telling them you have named them, and a guide explaining what the role involves, long before they ever need to act.
They have what they need.
When the time comes, your executor logs into the Executor Portal. They see your contact list, your assets list, and your Final Wishes. They know who to contact, what you owned, and what you wanted.
They are guided through probate.
The Executor Portal walks them through probate step by step: applying for the grant, collecting assets, paying debts, and distributing the estate. Our partner law firm is available to advise if they need legal guidance.
They close the estate with confidence.
When everything is done, your executor has a complete record of what was done and when. Nothing is left for your family to work out afterwards.
Start today.
Finish when you are ready.
Drafting is free and there is no time limit. You only pay when you are ready to sign.
