How it works
Your will, step by step.
Three steps. Under 20 minutes. Done.
Before you begin
Have these handy.
That's all you need to get started.
- Hong Kong Identity CardFor you and, later, the people you name.
- Your executor's full nameThe person who will carry out your instructions.
- A sense of your beneficiariesWho you'd like to benefit from your estate.
01
Answer a few questions.
We ask about you, your executor, your family, and what you'd like to leave behind. Plain English throughout — no legal knowledge required. Most people are done in under 20 minutes.
02
Read through everything.
Before anything is finalised, you review your will in full. Every name. Every decision. Edit anything that needs changing. When you're ready, complete your purchase — from HKD 1,399.
03
Sign with two witnesses.
Your will document is delivered to you digitally. Under the Hong Kong Wills Ordinance (Cap. 30), it takes effect when signed in front of two independent witnesses who are not beneficiaries. We send you a signing guide that walks you through every step.
Worth knowing: Your witnesses must be adults who are not beneficiaries and not married to beneficiaries. They don't need to be lawyers — just two people you trust.
